I just ran across that S/T album on Amazon. As one can imagine it can be expensive, though there were a couple of copies for around $20. I didn't check to see the condition as I can't afford one until next month. Now someone will get the cheap ones!

The Koch re-release (with the bonus tracks) shows up fairly regularly on eBay. That's where I got my copy - I don't remember how much I paid for it, but it was definitely less than $20...
